What the hell, hero - when calling out an injustice a hero has perpetrated : roll + Danger
  • On hit - take Influence
  • 7-9 : Choose 1
  • 10+ : Choose 2
    • Get them to admit their wrongdoing
    • Win over an onlooker, take Influence over them
    • Don't turn their attention and anger onto myself
  • On miss - mark a Condition (their choice), shift Danger up, Savior down
Do me a favor - When you go to an ordinary civilian you know for a favor: roll + Mundane

Dark Past - When you confess to a serious crime you committed as a villain while in the presence of someone involved, shift Danger up and any other Label down and choose one:

  • You aren’t being actively pursued for extralegal retribution

Mission Debrief - During a debrief, when you downplay your role in helping a teammate during the mission , mark potential and shift Superior down and any other label up. Blowing off steam: - When you commit a misdemeanor or small “victimless” crime, you may clear a condition of your choice.

Backstory

After being found one morning happily using rat poison as a Lik-a-Stix, Keadon grew up knowing he was different. Other kids seemed to feel bad after they ate certain stuff, and would sometimes get "tummy bugs" after trying things like gas station sushi. Keadon never had those issues. Sure, some stuff tasted funny, and other things were kind of gross (mushrooms in the yard) - but none of them ever made him sick. Over time, this became an area of study, and Wikipedia and WebMD were some of the first research components on what would become a quite thorough, if eclectic, knowledge store of poisons, toxicity levels, and historical uses / administration methods. (Inheritance powder anyone?) . After some practice, Keadon found he could ingest one poison, and transmute it into another - with the same toxicity level.

When Breaking Bad became hugely popular, Keadon saw an opportunity to put his "talent" to use. It was fairly well know, if never proven in a court of law, that Osiris was the drug kingpin of Halcyon City. Not having personal experience with illicit drugs, Keadon nonetheless sought an audience with the self-stylized god and proceeded to "audition" by bringing near-deadly levels of "Caffeine-free" Coke still in sealed bottles to the group. He then offered to provide samples for testing of a wide range of common poisons, and removal of same from anything the group might provide. The possibility of having a young Walter White without the need for a lab / traceable materials / contaminated locations showed immediate promise to Osiris and he brought Keadon in as a provisional member.

During one of the many "production runs" being made, there was a shootout with another gang, during while Keadon's handler was injured. While waiting for the handler to be treated in the emergency room, Keadon overheard a mother wailing about how her child was already so poisoned that she couldn't hug her, and that now the level of drugs was being increased as the current level was no longer being produced, and there wasn't enough of the drug to complete the round of chemo. Walking over to investigate, Keadon took the drug in the vial, created a equivalent amount of strychnine, ate that and converted it back into the chemo drug. He then asked for a box of rat poison and offered to create enough of the chemo drug to finish the child's round of treatment.

After that use of his "power" to actually help others, he found the life of crime emotionally unrewarding. He left Osiris, after promising not to work for another gang, and began the search for a group that would accept a former villian trying to stay good. The team he found provides hope and others also struggling to find their place in the world.

When our Team first came together

My sister was taken as an "intern" for my continued commitment to good, and as incentive to join the Revenant as *his* Walter White.

Relationships

I've earned the trust of Sun, and I follow their example of what a hero should be.
I did something terrible to Coqui once. I hope they can forgive me one day.

Moment of Truth

You've seen your greatest mistakes, and the rest of the world has, too. They're all watching you now, judging every move you make. When everything is on the line and your back is against the wall though, you'll show them what you're made of - that being a hero is a choice. An act of will. And you've got what it takes to save the day. Of course, afterward, you can expect both sides, hero and villian, to deeply question where your loyalties truly lie...
