SSV Kilimanjaro
SSV Kilimanjaro was the ship of the line of the line for the Systems Alliance Navy's Kilimanjaro-class Dreadnoughts. It was the flagship of the Systems Alliance Navy's Fifth Fleet up until 2189.
It was commissioned shortly after the Battle of the Citadel in early 2184, and captained by Fleet Admiral Steven Hackett up until 2223, when command of the Fifth Fleet was given to Fleet Admiral Charles Abner. When the SSV Robert Oppenheimer was overhauled in 2189, it became the new flagship of the Fifth Fleet, with the SSV Kilimanjaro being critically damaged in a skirmish with Gatolian forces. It was scuttled as the pirate, mercenary, and rebel forces overwhelmed the command bridge.
