This ring can be used to transport the bearer between The Fey Wild and The Material Plane. After it's use it can't be used again until the next moonlight on that plane. The Bearer may spend one action to activate the ring; and be transported to opposite plane.
As a secondary effcet if the ring has been attuned to an Arch-Fey's Domain of Delight the bearer can choose to arrive there or in a random location in the Feywild.
