Champions Calling
Structure
The head of the guild runs the main location, determines who leads the branch locations, deals with all political matters within and outside of the guild, is the final signature needed for distribution of resources, and is the face of the guild. They are the highest champion rank, Terrasque.
The head of a branch location (typical a Remorhaz ranking member) is responsible for branch specific needs. They ensure that a qualified member accepts a fitting job request sometimes choosing a member specifically, they ensure that jobs are placed on the board, reward members on completion, make minor political decisions such as who the branch trades with, must always uphold the values of the guild, be the face for the guild in that location, see that members are happy, put in applications for advancing members if needed, make sure that there is always fresh supplies, properly allocate resources, and either assign guild jobs such as trainers, treasurer, front desk, and more or do all those guild jobs their self to the highest capability.
The highest level in the guild under the leader is Hydra. Hydra are elite members extremely talented in monster slaying and bounty retrieval, allowed to take on the highest level of requests within the guild and sent to major battles.Seeing as this is a very high position there are not many members with this rank, a few are heads for other branch locations, and the political adviser to the head is a Hydra ranking member.
Remorhaz is the second highest ranking in the guild for members. Most branch locations are run by a member of this status, they get first choice of jobs unless a Hydra is present, can be chosen by the Head to do special jobs for the guild, often are responsible for major client requests and town saving jobs, are responsible for scouting recruits, can be responsible for training of lower ranked members, most likely paired with lower ranked groups to ensure a clean job, and are usually tasked with escorting the stock of resources when needed.
The middle rank is Girallon. Very hardy and tough fighters, they have proven themselves capable of difficult requests and loyal to the guild. They get precedence in jobs, can get picked for specialized jobs, and have the possibility of jobs within the guild such as head of a location/assistant head of branch.
The second lowest rank in the guild is Basilisk. A Basilisk has few responsibilities as they are just coming out of the entry level rank. They can chose requests and jobs from the board with approval from the head of location. They do get tougher jobs with a higher reward than the lowest rank. They can help with recruitment and be vouchers for a person's membership.Their top responsibility is upholding the values of the guild.
Lastly the entry level rank for a member is Harpy. A Harpy has proved that they have the potential to be a strong fighter and thus have gained membership with the approval of the Head. Upon membership approval they receive a signet ring or medallion, access to the job board, rooms at any location, limited access to the guild's stock of supplies, and access to trainers. They have little responsibilities within the guild besides upholding guild values.

History
When the dust had finally settled after the banishing of Zariel and the last of demon kind either fled or were killed, mankind was weak. While the threat of demons had vanished there were still many other foes who would seek to rid the world of mankind, monstrous beings who prayed on the unprotected. Rulers kept armies to fight the beasts that would undo their kingdoms but the general populace was left to their own devices.
It wasn't until the late 13th century that the idea of a specialized group of warriors be founded to combat monsters for the sake of humanity. Having grown up in a lesser farming village left behind by the ruling kingdom and prey to terrible beasts for his whole life, Auul Monde decided that he would construct a guild whose sole purpose was to help villages like his. After years of adventuring of his own Monde constructed the first of many buildings which would be known as "The Champions Calling Guild"
It was a very difficult process in the beginning as Monde was not a business minded person. But his strong belief in helping people drew others like him and soon there were a membership that would go out on rumors to help save people. To say the least it was sloppy and disorganized in the beginning but the members held so strongly to a want to help people that their fierceness and tenacity pushed them through and helped grow their reputation.
Monde unfortunately died in battle saving a city from a hydra attack along with a few other members of the guild, 10 years after its creation. His death left a giant whole in the guild especially since it was quite young but it also made the guild more popular with people everywhere. The successor was Anne Linwood. She was a ferocious fighter and Auul's second in command. The sole survivor of the Hydra attack she rallied the members that remained through aggressive feats of strength. However Anne was not only capable in a fight, she had a brilliant mind on her and created the membership rankings and the requests board. During Anne's reign as head of the Champions the guild prospered and became larger but she made sure that Auul's wishes were always at the front of every battle. When Anne passed away the guild saw 5 more locations built in the continent and a membership of 250 Champions.
After that the guild steadily grew over the years even developing a certain rivalry with another similar guild although the two always put aside their grudges for the safety of the people.
The strong must protect the sweet.
