Heaven's Rain

Every 37 years, when the world is at it's darkest moment, a spectacular phenomenon occurs. The night sky fills with colours of pinks, oranges, blues, greens, whites, and purples as heaven seems to rain down stars. The light streaks the night carving through the dark. For many it is a once in a life time experience and for some shorter lifespan races it is a mystical event only seen by few lucky ones.

History

On the final night when Zariel was banished these lights appeared and many found it to symbolize the triumph of light, beauty, and joy over the evils of demons.Every event after the banishment it was a symbol of hope and peace, along with just simple awe for the people. Druids and aasimar celebrate the lights through contemplation and meditation as it is seen as a connection to their personal nature and nature around them. For many scholars it is a quizzical phenomenon as the properties of the event are still mysterious. But for the general population it is simply a wonderful sight to behold.

the exact time can be different every appearance but generally it appears in the first month of the year.
