When one hears 'Suvrata', one hears power. Grace. Poise. Diplomacy. Above all, our name means the fiery beacon of progress all other houses try to emulate. Our investments in sea travel, our push for inland roads and well-kept streets, we will be the ones to keep the commerce moving and the merchants wealthy. Do not make them think differently.
History
The Suvratas came from outside the Antarta region long before the Empire, most likely from the wide expanses of desert below Eilt Un. They lived in Brosha for a while, before continuing north, arriving as merchants in the capital of Jestoania and moving into nobility quickly. They took hold of the entire waterfront, creating work and clean streets through their funding of public services. From there they split the power they'd amassed into several branches, each unofficially in charge of part of the coastline.
