The Lost Gods

Once referred to as “Dead” these lost Gods have been destroyed or otherwise absented themselves from the world of Meaghana.

Meaghana, Goddess of Nature

After her punishment from the divine tribunal, Meaghana diffused her godly essence into the world. In addition to granting her domain over life to her servant Valina, Meaghana has surrendered her existence as a being separate from the planet itself. No longer do her faithful pray directly to her. Instead the druids follow the ancient rites and draw their power directly from nature.

Timandra, Goddess of Balance

While her actions to begin the Great War certainly served her purpose, Timandra lost the faith of many mortals by showing her willingness to unleash suffering on them in order to serve the balance. As such her clergy dwindled, and those that remain no longer provide her with the faith needed to sustain her godly essence. While there may yet remain faithful of Timandra in the world, they receive no blessings or spells from their lost goddess.

Geldar, God of Merchants

Once the God of Merchants and Trade, Geldar was a son of Robanus and Madora. His desire to press his capitalistic ideals upon the world ran afoul of Mittierim, who viewed his drive for wealth as a sin against the mortal spirit. The gods battled, resulting in Mittierim slaying Geldar in secret. For several centuries afterward, the faithful of Geldar were supported by the former lord of the nine: Asmodeus, who used their faith tocorrupt many in to the service of the hells. Eventually the devil lord was destroyed, and the faith of Geldar faded.

Madora, Goddess of Beauty

The original goddess of Love and Beauty, Madora was the wife of Robanus. She was slain by her son Jhonus during the God purge. It is said that her shade haunts the realm of Robanus so that the shard of her that remains can stay close to her eternal love.

Lifter, God of Thieves

Slain during the Purge, Lifter was the first god of thieves on Lerias. Much of his former portfolio has been subsumed by Kalim. The main difference is that Lifter was seen as a patron of the Halflings, while Kalim holds no specific favor with that race.
