Vedis is a enigmatic goddess, who is regarded as the creator of a Halfling race of Icehearth. She is a goddess of mysticism, and is known as the silent wanderer.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

The symbol of Vedis is a pair of small hands clasped together as if hiding something. Unlike most holy symbols the symbol of Vedis is worn on a chain around the head so that the symbol rests against the forehead of the priest.

Tenets of Faith

The followers of Vedis prefer thoughtful contemplation rather than rash action. The Vedic priests believe that all wisdom flows from within, provided that the chatter of the world can be quieted enough to listen to it. Many of the deeper teachings of the church are kept secret and only given to those that have proven themselves able to quiet their minds and attune themselves to what the Vedic priests call the deeper mysteries.
