Cezran's lust causes conflict with Rai'jen

The predations of Sovereign Cezran came to a head with the raid of the island of Hamaken in the eastern Sea of Shards. Hamaken is a small island with only a single village and a large temple of the Phoenix Emperor on it.
  When Cezran arrived on the island he raided the temple where he found the virginal priestess Miyuki Shika. Overcome by her beauty, Cezran raped the priestess and left her in the looted temple.
  Although just a priestly adept, Miyuki was well favored by the Phoenix Emperor, and a member of the wealthy and powerful Shika family. In response to her violation, Miyuki received permission of Lord Hashimoto to lead a massive attack fleet against the Arakeenian forces. With the favor of the Phoenix Emperor this fleet managed to catch up with the Sovereign’s Fleet when they were meeting up with a group of raider lords, and Valeria Searider, a powerful priest of Viridian.
  Miyuki’s force was able to overpower the Arakeenian force, and gained access to the Sovereign’s Ship. The Raider Lords were ready to give their lives for Cezran, until it was revealed to them the crimes committed by the Sovereign. Upon hearing of the rape of Miyuki, Sister Valeria declared Cezran to be in violation to the will of the Silver Seraph, and the Raider Lords subdued the Sovereign, and handed him over to Miyuki for punishment.
  Miyuki commanded that Sovereign Cezran be executed. Once this was done, she recognized the honor with which she had been treated by the priestess and the raider lords, and allowed them to return to Arakeen unmolested.
  Upon their return to Draknos, Cezran’s sister, Devia, was chosen to assume the mantle of Sovereign.
