Sepia creates a great storm to protect the Elvish Isle.

At the end of the Great War Sepia, the newly created Goddess of Storms, returned triumphantly to Talen’Seere. Given the instability of the world following the war, Sepia decided that her first action as a goddess would be to protect the city that she spent so much of her life founding.
    So Sepia called upon her power and summoned an unending magical storm to surround the island. This storm was then attuned to magical amulets crafted by the ruling council.
    Sepia then left the city of Talen’Seere in a burst of godly power. The radiating power infused a number of elves within the city and these chose few became the first priests of Sepia
