Arakeen and Talen'Seere ally to keep tabs on Darkport.

In the year 174, Sovereign Yarguth was approached by the Sea Elf Warrior Quel’Brion, and notified of the construction of a keep in the Sea of Shards to keep an eye on the expansion of Darkport. Yarguth saw this as an excellent chance to gain another ally in the area and offered whatever aid the Elves needed to construct their keep.
  Quel’Brion accepted the Sovereign’s aid and the two negotiate a mutual defense treaty for the area between Quel’Brion’s keep and Arakeen.
