Arakeen is unable to stop Darkport's expansion into the Sea of Shards

In the years following the Hobgoblin War, the naval forces of Darkport continued to expand their actions in the Sea of Shards. Sovereign Devia did her best to limit their influence, but the organization and wealth of Darkport allowed them to react to the pressures of the Sovereign’s raider lords, and claim significant spoils from the various trading routs and islands in the sea.
