Plague claims the Sovereign's life

In the year 102, an outbreak of the sweating sickness claimed the life of Sovereign Aravok. Upon his death, Aravok was succeeded by his grandson, Cezran. Cezran was not as wise as his grandsire, but he was a mighty warrior who gained great favor of the raider lords for his daring raids of Rai’jen and Darkport holdings.
  It is said that Cezran was born with the strength of an ogre and unlike his predecessors fought with a giant two handed club rather than the blade of the Sovereign. While he did continue his grandsires faith in the Silver Seraph, he often ignored the priest’s advice and was considered to pay little more than lip service to the Goddess’ commandments.
