Diplomatic action
The elves forge a magical portal to the Magecity of Drem.
In the year 59, the grey elvish mages
responsible for the maintenance of the
Mythals that powered Talen’Seere began
noticing problems in the city’s enchantments.
The destruction of the outlying elvish villages
that were connected by portal to the city had
destabilized the power flowing into the city. If
the mystic net were not stabilized it could
prove to be a danger to Talen’Seere.
When this information was brought
before the council it was decided that new
portals had to be created to help rebuild the
power flow. With no other elvish lands to
connect to, the council decided to anchor the
new portal in the mage city of Drem. Not
only did the city have a significant population
of elves, but they trade that the portal could
bring in would be of great help.
Once the portal was finished, the
elvish mages realized that the existence of the
magical circle that was constructed within
Drem allowed for the stabilization of their
Mythals much better than even they had
hoped.
