The K'no'where Council of Seven

The Council of Seven are the equal rulers of The Kingdom of K'no'where.
Membership on the council is usually attained either by being voted in by current members of the council to fill a vacancy, or by serving a reasonable amount of time as a current members "Second", and then that member dying or retiring.
