Bahamut
The Platinum Dragon
Bahamut is the god of good dragons, metallic dragons, wisdom, and enlightened justice (justice tempered with mercy and punishment with forgiveness). Originally he was only worshipped by metallic dragons and the dragonborn clans subservient to them, but during the reign of Good King Omund hundreds of years ago his worship spread to the Azul kingdom. Forever entwined with the memory of Omund's legendary Dragon Phalanx, Bahamut's worship has survived the age of conquest to become one of the mainstream religions of the uncrowned lands.
Bahamut is the enemy of his sister Tiamat, the ruler of chromatic dragons.

Divine Goals & Aspirations
Bahamut's dogma is based on justice, nobility, protection, and honor. He teaches his followers to always uphold the highest ideals of honor and justice; to be constantly vigilant against evil and to oppose it from all fronts; and to protect the weak, liberate the oppressed, and defend just order. Bahamut advocates a "greater justice" that included fighting against evil and toppling oppressive regimes. He also likes to reward strength of purpose and character in his followers.
