Neutron Flats
Neutron Flats is a slaver town in the The Cursed Earth , east of Memphis, about 500 miles west of Mega-City One.
It is the base of a lucrative mutie smuggling operation into Mega-City One, run by the notorious mutie runner Wadlow Dog Ferris. Wadlow was in contact with Joseph Sloppy Joe Bourgain, RIP, his contact in Mega-City One .
Wadlow has been murdered by the Sleeper Agents.
