Drone and satellite surveillance suggest subject's location remain in the ruins of Finland, along with survivors left behind following the Exodus to Megacorpolis. They seem split into two feuding groups, codenamed Sisu and Perkele, with the subject ruling over both as a sort of god-king. Judging by the hostile nature of the area and displayed by both groups, Strike Team Aatami will come in hot.
Local wild-life is heavily altered; evidence of DIY improvised and ramshackle cybernetics on some of them. Medical examination indicates the presence of stimulants and other compunds in their blood stream. Radiation at managable levels with medication and protective equipment, but I wouldn't want to stay more than we need to.
Subject was located 24 hours after insertion, but not after losing three members of Strike Team Aatami to what appears to be cannibalistic mutants. Subject was uncooperative, and had to be restrained following a lengthy gunfight. At this point, the payload could be delivered and the response recorded. With the message delivered, Strike Team Aatami proceeded to extraction.
