Kotraca's Plains

Stretching westwards from the walls of Sarusa all the way to the Mascaro, the plains of Kotraca is a large patch of rather dry grassland that surround the city of Sarusa and take up a good portion of the city-state's dominion. The land is fertile and is seen, during most of the year, nearly wholy filled with farmland and pastures, in which many have described the plains as the Golden Fields of Sarusa, not only due to the value associated with the produce, but also due to the large wheat fields that are seen, which resemble a golden blanket when bathed by the sun.  
The Kotraca's Plains were the stage to the Battle of Sarusa in the year 1000, when the Shadows of Exodus defeated the Snadovian † army of Faros Dabrowski.
