This secrecy is one of the keys to their effectiveness, as the Tusks can operate without being recognized or identified by the enemy.

Uniform and Identification

The uniform of the Tusks varies depending on the assigned mission and the specific skills of each member. However, there is a constant identifying element: the boar's head helmet. This helmet not only serves as a distinctive symbol of the unit but also represents the strength and determination of its members.

Leadership

Tyson Crakehall, the youngest brother of the Crakehall family, is the creator and leader of the Tusks. Known for his combat skills and tactical ingenuity, Tyson designed this unit to enhance the power and influence of House Crakehall in the complex political landscape of the Westerlands.

Additionally, the Tusks have developed an Independent Cataphract Unit, consisting of 50 highly trained cavalrymen. This unit combines the mobility of cavalry with exceptional protection. Members of this unit use robust and resilient horses, full armor, and varied weaponry, including heavy lances and composite bows.
