Heartsbane

Heartsbane, the ancestral two-handed greatsword of House Tarly. For over five centuries, the sword had been an heirloom of House Tarly passed down from one Lord of Horn Hill to the next. During the Century of Blood in Westeros, where chaos and anarchy ruled the Realm, the sword came into the possession of House Baratheon and has been passed down since to Jaspar Baratheon, who keeps it on him at all times. After Lord Baratheon's ship was attacked and sunk off the coast of Essos, the sword is believed lost.
