Melterium

Melterium is by far the most valuable material in the Kingdom of Gwandrin, and is most often only found in very small quantities.

Properties

Material Characteristics

Dull grey in its raw form, but when polished it becomes a translucent light teal filled with streaks of random color that seem to change every time one looks upon it.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Magical Absorption:
Melterium absorbs and nullifies magic better than any other known material. It is naturally cold to the touch, but when found it's often quite warm because it heats up as it absorbs magic.

Hardness:
Melterium is soft by nature, but hardens considerably as magic is absorbed.
