The Leauge
While they are not criminals they are a group of assassins that work on dealing with corruption and fighting those who wish to control others. While they don’t have declared enemies they are often hated by cults and rulers who want control. They have done their best to infiltrate every where they can. These members often carry a ring as they can’t afford to be captured and questioned.
Structure
While the leader pullting the strings isn't known they'll often only interact for important tasks and will leave the lesser tasks to those who are are under him or are incharge with specific information but everything that happens gets reported to him.
