These members deal with the smuggling and transporting of stolen goods. Pirates often make deals with them for transporting and looting but are not full members.

History
The Serpant founded this organization after being offered a job to hold onto something of one of his customers he agreed and when it was given back for payment he choose to make it a habbit and founded the Scarlet Vultures.
