The Destroyers
The Gods of Meridian are split in two groups, the Founding and the Betrayer Gods.
Information on the Betrayer Gods is not something easily found. For why would people encourage the existence of such dreadful deities. What is known about them is that there are four who act as the main Gods. They exist on some plane of existence, their exact location is unknown, or at least not common knowledge.
Their followers are few and far between, thanks to the strict prohibition of their following. The Founding Gods love to grant divine intervention and smiting on the followers of the Betrayers, insuring they do not rise to power.
Heddon, The Unbridled Wrath: Heddon is the God of storm, anger, and wrath. He does not think before he lets his emotions take the reigns. He holds no preference for the living or the dead. Holds no care for politics. He follows his own whims.
Imera, The Fruits of Desire: Imera is the Goddess of Wanton Desire, Ambition, and Lust. She has been known to impersonate others to gain followers. Her inherent use of her body as power makes some feel sick, but for most it is the fact that she will use people to get to an end, then leave them behind in the dust.
Unil, The Mask of Kindness: Unil is the God of Deception, Masks, and Trickery. Kindness is something many people take for granted with the founding gods. Unil remembers his debts. He often makes pacts with Warlocks who somehow found themselves within his sphere of influence. He then uses them to enact pain and suffering on those who are yet to pay their dues for the kindness he provided.
Caas, the Unfocused Death: Caas is the God of Destruction and Chaos. The very ground he walks on becomes inhabitable. If Zelir guides the souls who cross into death, Caas shoots them off like fireworks. He holds little care for the ideals of the soul and the world. He only knows death as quiet, and life as loud.
