Aberrant Bull

A bull affected by the Wild Weave, its body mutated and its mind unhinged. It has a crown of horns sprouting from its head, three eyes, and its hide has parts covered in scales. Dragging behind it is its junk, which during combat stiffens and from its sheath emerges a fleshy tentacle, curving over the Aberrant Bull much like a scorpion tail.

Multiattack. The Aberrant Bull makes two attacks.   Phallic Attack (Recharge 4). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage and the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 16 (3d10) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.   If a creature fails its save against poison, there is a 1 in 20 chance that a cyst could start growing, which is actually a gestating Lamprey Calf. If left unattended, it will continue to grow and 60 days later, be ready to burst out.   Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.   Charge. If the Aberrant Bull moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) piercing damage.
