Eye of Helm

The lens and frame of this magnifying glass resembles the eye found Helm's holy symbol. The delicate handle is a gilded and in the shape of a feather, with a pearl imbedded in it.
By looking at an item through the eye and expelling a charge, the user can view any magical abilities of the item.
A number of such items were made to order by the Vladimir's Iconoclasts a few centuries ago, who were supported the use of magic.
