Hope's Cloak

In Junstol, 5249, the tiefling known as Hope was framed for murder. The adventurers of Junstol managed to solve the case and the Tiefling was released. In gratitude, Hope gifted them a cloak that she said had been given to her by her family during her escape from Fiumri.
The cloak is a dark shade of blue with faint stitching resembling stars. Inside the collar of the cloak, detailed stitching resembles strange word.
