Frost Iron

Called Ryptael in Southern reaches of the known world, originating from the Merani words meaning "Frost Metal". It's an iron based metal with what appears as a magical property to smiths, but mages consider it nothing more than metal. It provides hardly any additional value to a weapon like a sword, in fact making it more brittle than a standard iron. It however retains its coolness making it very useful for cooling systems in breweries or for armour being an effective counter against any fire based enemy. The rarity of the metal has greatly increased when the Kyojin Kingdom began its war against the Shesire Sovereignty.
