Garnet

Due to a gap within the laws of Oasis, a surplus of street urchins were able to vote in the year 74 causing Garnet a street urchin without a family title to sit on the Nlang Council. However, the council accepted their place upon the council just as much as anyone else. They were on the council for 10 years and knew when their time ran up they weren't gonna be re-elected. They were the one on the council who cared about the lower class the most.
