General Summary

The recruitment process inside the Profane Parrot unfolded as the crew assembled at a makeshift interview desk.
The first candidate to face scrutiny was Biscuit Bill, hailing from Sembar in the province of Yadharqouk. Despite his lack of teeth, attributed to robust health, Bill presented a slightly eerie yet friendly demeanour. With a peg leg and a knowledge of water currents, he secured the position of Boatswain.
Miranda Merewind, a former member of the Sembar navy, emerged as the second interviewee. Possessing ginger hair and emerald eyes, she exhibited modest attire and a formidable array of daggers. Skilled in both sewing and hunting with throwing knives, Miranda's propensity for boasting her strength and occasional tendency to stab people earned her the role of the Ship’s Sewer.
The third candidate, Yadhar, once a gunner in the Sembar navy and a convicted criminal with a deep-seated aversion to pirates, was ultimately rejected due to conflicting goals. His interview took an unfavourable turn when he pointed a flintlock at the crew.
Skipper Gilde, the fourth candidate was a figure who had some elven blood within them, however most of the markers have been covered in tattoos, jewellery and syphilis marks. Their agility, acquired through years of experience serving the Siren Kisser, was noteworthy. Gilde's connection to the flintlock's creator, Barnacle Enioth, secured their role on the ship as the gunsmith.
The fifth and final interviewee, Lyra Whisper Storm, brought a unique presence to the crew as a young goblin deckhand. Her gentle spirit, paired with occasional lapses in focus and conversations with unseen entities, prompted the crew's desperate decision to hire her as a head-eater and torturer. Surely this hiring won’t backfire.
