A divine worshipped by the Nerake'es and sailors. The Oblivion faith refers to them as Geheim. They are a hoarder of knowledge and secrets. Often striking deals with mortals for new info in exchange for old. The exact reasoning for while is unknown but it is likely a lust for knowledge.
There is a tale of his diary leaking forming the Shadow.
