Hourglass Market

Located inside of a Chinderin Ruin beneath the town of Cultecheld on the island of Clinana. There are many entrances and exits marked with rogue markings. It is owned by a large dragon with mandibles and feelers(Like Cadence). The dragon goes by the Horder. Only a select few ever meet with the Horder, who often turns into a mortal in order to discuss business in a timely manner. The dragon's treasure is stored in a large hourglass to show off to those who enter their office.
Places of interest:

-Organ and Sockets Owned by a Nolledao. There are body parts suspended in bottles or in freezers to be sold as replacement body parts.
-Black Letter This is a small post office run by a Nain and his loyal helpers. They specialize in getting dirt on people, as well as acting as a middle man for getting assassination contracts created, but they might sell the knowledge you give so pay carefully.
-Lost & Found It's a pawn shop on the surface, but underground it is a fencing service to sell items obtained illegally.
