Scaled Tyrant Discovery

It covers a wide range of dragon descriptions and types. Unfortunately most of the depictions are quite crude and look like someone copied different elements of other animals trying to mash this description into one piece. It tells a tale of how the Dragons originated from Jultren and its people led them to the rest of the world. But it also tells the tale of the Ruby Dragon who is stuck inside ruby mountain. But it doesn't express why that dragon was on the continent before the flying baron war. It also provides a few extra pieces of trivia.
