Roomba
Roomba noun A transportation device that goes wherever it wants to. Great for doing a complete patrol round of your house without having to spend energy.
Some cats live in a home with a peculiar device called a Roomba - a transportation device perfect for cats. It's a great gift from the humans, as they seem to get no other use from it than the joy of seeing their feline owners ride around on it.
True, the Roomba might seem scary at first, but there's no reason to hide beneath the couch when you see it! Oh no, this device should be used to its full potential. Just think of not spending energy and still be able to patrol the house in an orderly manner.
Just remember to jump off before it crawls beneath the couch as it won't stop if it fits, even if it has a rider.
Power Generation
It's unknown exactly how the Roomba is powered, just like most human made devices, but it seems to live on dust and discarded cat hair. This is fortunate, as these things tend to end up in food and water bowls, and disrupt the sensitivity of cat whiskers.
Communication Tools & Systems
The Roomba seems to have some kind of language. It plays a little tune when it starts and stops, and makes all kinds of beeps when it wants something. All attempts to understand all these beeps have been unsuccessful up until now, but that doesn't mean the cat scientists will ever give up on decoding this language. It's considered a challenge, no matter how many bags of morale boosting Temptations need to be consumed to do it.
Sensors
Cat scientists have concluded that the Roomba has a sense of sight, as it slows down in front of walls instead of running straight into it. Sure, it still seems to hit the wall every time, but as long as it slows down before it does, the impact is soft enough to be safe for its passengers.
Up to 5 kittens
This is amazing. I didn't know I needed this world in my life until now.
