Fahim Clobber

A halfing the party encountered at Dogrin Dawnbeard's birthday party. He presented himself as a trader although he might have a finger in less legitimate businesses. He has also proven to be a proficient gambler and a decent fencer.
He seems to be a middle aged halfling and doesn't seem to be a native to Mhatra as his skin has turned a leathery from sun of the desert. he has brown hair and long and thick sideburns going down the sides of his face. And is clad in a very leather cloak but has a bare chest underneath.
Has dog named Amir (african wild dog)
