Miami. Magic City. Vice City. The place where dreams come true and the die - a flash in the pan.   The Sabbat rule from the shadows, reveling in their dark rituals and hedonism. The Anarchs and the Camarilla watch cautiously, like a predator waiting for any sign of weakness to come in and take a bite of the city.   Changelings from all over are drawn to this so-called "magic city." It oozes glamour and the Dreaming is strong where the mortals frolic but that means that those who wish to deliver harm upon the people of the courts are also stronger. Best watch your step, because the wave that threatens to sweep you off your feet is now a tsunami that threatens to crush you beneath it.   For the Garou, an unsteady alliance with the vampires of the city has lead to discontent among the ranks. It helps them in their quest to rid the city of banes, Fomori, and Pentex (which muscles in on the territory the vampires control as well), but the hypocrisy is not lost on them. Yet still, things are happening in Florida that defy anyone's expectations. The Grondr have returned, their people reborn, and the Mokole clutch is stable after they were forced out of the Everglades. But the Wyrm does not care whether cooperation and peace has been established, and even amongst their own the Fera are threatened with civil war.   Magick in Miami flows freely, and for the sorcerers of Magic City (somewhat derided by the mages and their kin for its nickname - a cheap knockoff of Los Angeles or New York or even Chicago), its beating heart pumps into their veins power. There is... something within this city that gives them clarity. Energy beyond what they could have hoped to possess. Is it simply a power source? Or something else that is waiting to use its hold on the sorcerers against them? Only time will tell.   This is the city of vice. The city of madness. The city of magic. Stories come and stories go, but really it is all just a place that belongs to the people of its streets. To make or break it as they will. Will you be the one to bring it to its knees?
