General

Black Site Shorahena is considered one of the most secure and classified building complexes in Mésvéstell. It is overseen and protected by Hestia Pierce and its construction was ordered by Elias Pierce personally.
It is located in the middle of an artificially created lake, but only 10 % of it is above surface level and another 30 % is submerged underwater. The remaining 60 % is buried underneath the bottom of the lake.

Architecture

The building have a very functional architecture, that embrace practicality and efficiency. It uses sharp and hard lines and only gets a more streamlined look in a few rare places, such as the Cafeteria and the Armory . It has a colors scheme of orange and silver.

Purpose

The purpose of Black Site Shorahena is to contain highly dangerous subjects. Research — physical, psychological, and biological — are performed on many of these subjects, as well as tests, simple or advanced.
Nearly everyone of the subjects are Etherical Users. However, located deep within the complex, in a most often closed of section, are two reinforced cryopods. These contain two of the Prophets of the Fifth Calling and they are the main reason for the high security.

The area surrounding the Black Site are divided into three sectors. Black sector, Red sector and Orange sector.

Black sector.

Deadly force is authorized. Anyone unauthorized who is seen trespassing is to be eliminated on sight.

The area closest to the lake is an man-made rocky field, with only a few lush trees dotting the landscape.
The sector is closed of by a reinforced steel wall which is patrolled by heavily armed and armored guards with watchdogs. Concealed HS-Mines are spread out through out the field, which is also patrolled by heavily armed hover drones and halfway through the sector, is one final major security checkpoint.

Deadly force is authorized. But if possible, take them in for interrogation.

Beyond the Black sector, is a lush, thin forest that is closed of by an electrical steel fence that patrolled by lightly armed and armored guards with watchdogs. The forest is filled with concealed motion sensors, security cameras, frequency disruptors, ESP-Plates, and tasers. Several big warning signs can be found here, both along the road and in the middle of the woods. When one travel on the road, one must pass five guard posts and pass through two security checkpoints.

Orange sector

Deadly force is not advised. Take them in for questioning instead. Try to be gentle.

Beyond the Red sector, the forest becomes thick and dark. A high electrical wired fence stops most intruders from going into the forest and those that ignore the few big warning signs that can be found on the fence and in the forest can easily be spotted by the concealed security cameras or trigger the motion sensors. Only one innocent-looking guard post can be found halfway through the sector.
