Norsila

General

Norsila is a Cericorian term for Melathi specimens who are not in possession of extraordinary capabilities that are not out of the ordinary for their general population.
It concern those who are born both within the confines of Alézun'Teran and Nanmir'Ath, though is primarily used by scholars and in certain bureaucratic documents. It may be used interchangeably with Venares and Asumé.

Those with no power

An example of a Norsila, is a Vampire who is incapable of shapeshifting into a Vampyric Blood Wolf, or a Human who have bonded to a Fylgia and so on.
Norsila are those with no extraordinary lifespans or capabilities that sets them apart from the general populace. For certain races, however, such as the Sankine, the Norsila are the rare ones.
