General

Wandering accent syndrome is a poorly understood condition that affects about one out of every thousand individual. Believed to be connected to the Lingua Miasma, it causes those affected to speak with a wide variety of accents that wanders along and changes their appearance as the person speak. How long until it changes may be mere seconds or possibly even months, though it is always seamless.
These accents do not need to be any that has a connection to the individual. In fact, most appear to be completely random. And some of which none has ever heard, or which are not spoken by someone naturally within hearing range.
It appears to be completely random regarding the amount of time someone is afflicted with the condition. Some will be afflicted for only a few days or weeks, while others have it until they utter their last word.
Some accents are barely noticeable, while others might as well be a completely different language for how difficult it is to understand what one is saying.
