Gailavira, The Healer

Gailavira, daughter of Theodemir, along with her twin brother Therold are the last descendants of the Balthi clan, the great clan house that originally settled Woodmen-Town within the Eaves of Mirkwood. A healer by trade she acts as both spiritual leader and witch-doctor of Woodmen-Town. Young by the standards of their kin, rulership was thrust upon her and her brother when their father and eldest sibling were slain by Great Wolves that frequently attack the village's hunters and lumberers.
Of the twins, Gailavira is the calm quiet voice of caution and reason, she will often sit and take council with the eldest of the town as she values their wisdom over all others. She fears that the sickness of Mirkwood is once again beginning to spread and that this time her people will not be able to weather the shadow that descends upon them.
