Mogdred, Lord of Tyrant's Hill
Little is truly known of who Mogdred, save for those facts which he claims of himself.
By his own account he was once known as "Ingold" and is the long lost son of Ingomer Axebreaker. That he was captured and tortured at the hands of orcs in the dungeons of Dol Guldur. That he escaped when the Necromancer fled and along with a band of other prisoners and claimed the old orc outpost of Tyrant's Hill. Abandoned and left to his fate by those folk that he once considered kin, he left his old life of peace behind and chose instead the name of Mogdred to better reflect who he was now.
A ruthless and selfish man, he stands at the head of a twisted version of the Woodsman settlements, his people are a dark and sullen folk and very quick to anger or find insult. His people treasure power and authority over all else and they openly display their triumphs in battle upon both their settlement's walls as well as upon their person. Mogdred himself carries many trinkets, trophies and scars from defeated foes, both orcs that have dared to insult him and of rival men that he has defeated in one-on-one combat.
While he sits lazily upon his throne his people are often found out patrolling the Southern parts of the forest, sometimes offering aid to travellers albeit at a steep cost, but at other times harassing or being outright hostile to those that they come across. None but his closest advisors truly know his intentions, or his goals and as such, many of he other settlements are quick to give him and his people a wide birth.
