Osmar

Osmar is a lieutenant of the Broken Blades. He works directly under Codath and lives in the Thieves' Glen near Combe. From there he watches over Combe to inform Codath about what is going on. 

In early April of the year 3010 T.A. Osmar dueled with a Barding named Sigurd, son of Sigfast from Harkon. In the duel Osmar revealed his loyalties were only lying with Codath's decision to support Angmar because in the new order under Angmar, Osmar and his part of the Broken Blades would have a better place. He managed to defeat Sigurd, but left him alive.
