Twyc Greenleaf, Reeve of Bree

Old Twyc is in his third term as Reeve. He attributes his snowy-white hair and weariness to the demands of his high office; everyone else points out that he is well into his seventh decade, and that he spends more time snoozing than working in the Bree-Town Hall. The one thing that shakes him out of his lethargy is crime; as Reeve, he is the judge of Bree, and is infamously stern when it comes to the perpetrators of violence or cruelty.
