Xerxes Valos
Xerxes Valos is a Tabaxi adventurer who was involved with the development of Burmecia. Xerxes loved the sea so when he heard about a new possible settlement in need of development in the eastern island, Xerxes was first to board the ship. Xerxes wanted to develop a city that also shared the love that he has for the sea, taking Gysahl to levels Burmecia wasn't able to fulfil in the aspect of naval development.
