A letter we found upon Elf-Bleeder in the village at Sharluz. Written by Fez it instructs his captains to seek out the Staff of Anastaria in the Wailing Hills.

My captains.
I desire the magic staff of the elf of the wailing hills. It is said that this staff lies deep within her halls, it is crowned with a skull with one ruby eye and one sapphire eye. Whoever brings me this staff will be richly rewarded and sit at my right hand. Go during the daylight, it is said that she shuns the sunlight even more than kobolds do.
