Ancient: Tobias the Dragon

Important points:

• Tobias the dragon is a runt who survived past his kin because he didn't underestimate humans
• He's several hundred years old, so definitely ancient
• Currently raising a little girl, newly hatched
• Rat friends, roughly cat-sized, primary best friend is Number Two
• Employee is Henry Wallace, a human who descended from a line of dragon hunters, now turned assistant
• Dragon hunter organization called the Alchemy Knights (not as malicious as they might seem, dragons were pretty nasty for a long while)
• Wallflour Bakery is doing much better in Midnight Town

He's only going to be a side character at best, probably a cameo, but it gives a starting place for this sort of stuff.
