Kagdarom

Kagdarom is a city heavily influenced by Lord Granvath and his militant rule. It was home to Thal Dhural, a towering multi-level prison complex, but it now houses more captives than it ever had previously. Wyvern patrol the skies above the prison, diving at prisoners who attempt to escape. Large barges and prison ships bring new prisoners to Kagdarom regularly.
