Misra Arkell

A former member of the Council of Azleveer. Misra Arkell became a key member of the Revolutionaries after her husband and the remainder of Azleveer's previous democracy was slain in Ashheim. She now leads the rebellion, working out of Ashheim and sticking to the shadows.
