Talonor

Talonor is a city that, prior to 1215 saw little to no conflict. Located on the peaceful Zel'Vondar Penninsula, the city thrived in isolation from the Valtanian Empire for many years. In this state of peace, the city was able to develop strong programs for education and academics, as well as the magical arts.
